Despite the huge challenges over the last 12 months as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, KeolisAmey Docklands (KAD) has delivered a record-breaking year of performance on London’s Docklands Light Railway.
Our focus has been on operating a safe service that DLR’s passengers can rely on and thanks to the dedication and hard work of our people, we are extremely proud to have achieved some truly outstanding levels of service for all those who have needed to use the DLR.
With a host of Covid-19 measures introduced on the railway to keep our passengers and staff safe, KAD also implemented five separate timetables at short notice between March and October 2020 to adapt to the evolving changes in travel demand.
Demonstrating great agility and swiftness in carrying out these service changes is a great example of how our PTAs can rely on Keolis.
Our highlights for the 2020-21 year include:
- 99.27% year end score for Departures – the highest level since 2014-15
- 99.02% year end score for Journey Times – the highest ever score for this measure
- A phenomenal 106 days at 100% for Departures – previous record was 61 days in 2014-15
- 7 x Perfect Days – 100% Departures, 100% Journey Times and 0.00mins Excess Waiting Time (previously two perfect days between December 2014 and March 2019)
